Visa Inc. has unveiled a number of upgrades to its 100,000-member online small business community, the Visa Business Network.
The enhancements include:
Business Goal Toolkits: A series of step-by-step how to guides to help small business owners through the process of setting and achieving business goals with such strategies as best practices for promoting their business on Facebook and other social networks, and developing and delivering e-mail newsletters to reach new and existing customers.
Small Business Mentor Program: Includes personalized help and guidance from other successful small business owners who offer advice and perspectives.
Question & Answer Forum: Members are able to collaborate by asking goal-related questions and receive personalized advice and responses from small business peers and mentors with experience across a wide range of industries.
Content Ranking: Provides small businesses with quick access to the resources and articles that other small business owners found useful.
