Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting has acquired the clients and employees of Clifton Gunderson's Wisconsin Sage practice.
Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting is the technology practice of the local CPA and advisory firm of Vrakas/Blum and specializes in providing analysis, implementation and maintenance of software for manufacturing and distribution companies.
"This acquisition will only help improve our dedicated service to our clients," said Joe Jenders, shareholder and leader of Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting, in a statement.
The merger adds two new members to the Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting team. Brian Kermicle, a principal at the firm, specializes in the implementation, training and support of Sage Software enterprise resource planning systems and is a certified trainer for MAS 90. Manager Lisa Pence is certified in Sage PFW.
Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting resells Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP, Sage BusinessWorks, Sage PFW, Sage FAS, Peachtree by Sage and JobOps software. The firm has also developed products for shop floor data collection.
