Wiley announces partnership with CFA Society Nigeria

Global research and learning company John Wiley and Sons Inc. announced on Monday a new collaboration with the CFA Society Nigeria, providing CFA Exam prep material for its members.

A member organization of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Nigeria is one of the largest societies in Africa, with over 230 members.

Society members will receive Wiley’s CFA Exam review at "preferential rates." Wiley will also help stock a library at the CFA Society's new office in Lagos, as well as providing discounted access to its learning platform, study materials, and curriculum to help with credentials such as the CMT, CAIA and CFP exams.

“Knowing that we are supporting like-minded and innovative partners, fills us with confidence that we will have a significant impact in upskilling the finance community in Nigeria,” said Aziz Tayyebi, director of international development at Wiley in a statement. “This collaboration demonstrates Wiley and CFA Society Nigeria's long-term commitment to delivering high-quality and impactful test preparation and learning solutions that help a future generation of CFA Program candidates and society members build successful careers.”

“With significant progress being made by the society with regards to new offices, the new exam centers in Lagos and Abuja, there will be an unprecedented growth in the demand for the world’s premier finance qualification – the CFA charter – in Nigeria," said Banji Fehintola, president of CFA Society Nigeria, in a statement. "The goal of the partnership with Wiley is to ensure that the society is in a position to maximize the success of our future finance leaders.”
