William Vaughan Co. has merged with Miller, Gardner & Co.
The combination went into effect on Nov. 1, 2013 and Miller, Gardner & Co. has since taken on the William Vaughan Co.

Bob Gardner and Tom Funkhouser, who are both members of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs, will join William Vaughan Co. as directors. Several members of Miller, Gardner will also join William Vaughan Co.’s team, including Michael Berebitsky, George Monger, Diane Cook, Christine Schultz and Terri McNutt.
