Mueller & Co., a Chicago-area CPA and financial services firm, has merged with Aurora, Ill.-based Nickels, Beilman & Co. effective immediately.
Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
The Mueller-Nickles union expands Mueller's expertise in business valuations and litigation support.
Michael E. Beilman, CPA, ABV, joins Mueller as a partner, and the union will add eight staff members.
"We have known Mike and his firm for many years and have always held his firm in high regard. The merger will add experienced professionals in all areas of our firm, especially in litigation support and business valuation," said Mueller partner David Nissen.
In addition to a location in Elgin, the 30-year-old Mueller also has offices in St. Charles and Willowbrook, Ill.
