CPA and consulting firm Wipfli announced it will be the first U.S. partner to provide business process outsourcing powered by Microsoft in the United States, joining European providers of the Microsoft BPO Platform.

On the Microsoft Dynamics platform, Top 100 Firm Wipfli, which also ranked No. 12 on Accounting Today's 2015 VAR 100, will continue providing outsourced accounting services to small businesses, including financial statement preparation, tax compliance, payroll and accounts payable processing.

“Wipfli looks forward to working closely with Microsoft to provide cloud-based, outsourced accounting services to small and mid-sized businesses,” stated Jeff Greeneway, partner-in-charge of Wipfli’s consulting practice. “Through these outsourced services built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, we can help our clients increase their productivity and profitability.”

“We’re delighted to welcome Wipfli to the global community of firms that have chosen to platform their BPO services on Microsoft technology, using Microsoft SharePoint to drive collaboration between Wipfli and their clients, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV to share business processes,” stated Paul White, general manager at Microsoft. “This platform will enable Wipfli to deliver their own compelling client experience and create a competitive advantage for the firm in the U.S. market for outsourced accounting services.”
