Livingston, N.J. (Jan. 28, 2004) -- Wiss & Co., a regional CPA and consulting firm headquartered here, has merged intra-state firm Asher, De Trolio, Lally & LaMotta into its fold, effective immediately.
Terms were not disclosed.
Parsippany-based ADL&L is a four-partner firm with specialty niches in corporate tax services, wealth management and real estate. Wiss said the merger would bolster the services it currently provides to its real estate clients and would expand its overall commercial practice.
Also as part of its growth strategy, Wiss recently launched a full-service consulting unit, Wiss Business Solutions LLC. The firm ranked No. 92 on Accounting Today’s 2003 Top 100 Firms List with revenue of $18.6 million.
