CPA firm WithumSmith+Brown has outgrown its current location in downtown New Brunswick and is moving to a new location around the corner.
The firm has relocated from 120 Albany Street to One Spring Street. WS+B’s Iselin, N.J., office is also moving to the new larger location. The Iselin office houses the staff that WS+B acquired when it merged with M.D. Oppenheim & Co. in May.
The firm has been in New Brunswick since 1983, and the latest move is its third within the city. The new location doubles the office capacity to 34,000 square feet, allowing for future growth.
The site will house approximately 100 of the firm’s more than 375 employees, including the corporate governance division, WithumSmith+Brown Global Assurance, and an affiliate accounting and financial placement company, Creative Financial Staffing. WS+B also has offices in Cherry Hill, Morristown, Princeton, Red Bank, Somerville and Toms River, N.J.; New York City; and Philadelphia and Newtown, Pa.
