The two firms will operate under the KRD name out of KRD's office in Schaumburg, Ill., according to partner-in-charge Allen Kutchins. The firms' combined billings will be $6.3 million. The merger went into effect July 1.
As part of the deal, three members of WWH have become shareholders in KRD, which previously had five shareholders. Prior to the merger, KRD had 18 members on its professional staff and four administrative staff.
The combined firm will now have a total of 42. Practice areas include not-for-profits, associations, real estate, medical, distribution, light manufacturing and food services.
