Cloud-based workflow software provider XCM Solutions has released XCMportal, a portal for performing secure file transfers that integrates with the company’s flagship workflow management software.
XCMportal’s interface allows users to quickly set up a customized client portal, including automatically generated messages to clients when documents are uploaded. Clients and authorized third parties can access the firm-branded client portal securely through any Web browser.
With this add-on module, users within the firm can upload and download files of all types securely from the XCM digital routing sheet, and post questions and requests for information directly from XCM’s centralized knowledge repository. In addition, management tools allow authorized users to fully manage client collaboration, including a view of client registration and use; control over questions and document requests from clients and third parties; and automatic download of client responses to posted questions and information requests as a part of their established work procedures.
