Cloud-based workflow management software provider XCMSolutions has released enhancements to its XCM 8.0 product, which mainly focuson user flexibility, improved reporting, and task automation.
XCM Solutions is showcasing its update at the CCH UserConference here this week.
One key improvement is a new feature in XCM Reportsthat gives users greater flexibility in designing and saving customized reporttemplates for additional time savings in running routine reports, such as ayearly comparison report that allows firms to see how this tax season comparesto previous year.
Another new feature is Auto-Rollover, which allows firmsto set XCM to automatically roll forward completed tasks, such as tax returnsdone each year for clients, eliminating the need to manually create new tasks.
XCM Solutions will also highlight its expandedintegration with the CCH product suite through the recently released XCMpractice management integration engine. XCM currently integrates with CCH'sProSystem fx Document, Windows Explorer and other Web-based document managementsystems.
