Judged by an independent panel of subject matter experts, the award recognized the management team whose program combines leadership requirements with innovativeness.

“Since 2008, Grant Thornton has run the AMP program, which targets rapid development of senior managers," said the Partners' Forum upon granting the award. In the intervening years, 292 participants across 43 member firms have successfully graduated from AMP.
