The list recognizes companies for their commitment to creating a great workplace for women and is based entirely on employee feedback.
More than 135,000 women at 635+ companies answered a 58-question survey that covered topics ranging from fairness of their company’s promotions; to who has access to information and leadership; the level of support for staff members’ personal lives; and the degree of inclusiveness they feel with colleagues.
“Creating a workplace of equality and mutual respect has long been of the upmost importance to us,” stated Gordon Krater, Plante Moran’s managing partner. “We’re proud to be included on this list — it’s a testament to our team’s hard work to create a diverse, collaborative and inclusive environment.”
