Schellman & Co., a Top 100 Firm based in Tampa, Florida, is expanding its cryptocurrency audit services by acquiring the firm of Scott S. Perry, CPA PLLC, based in Bellevue, Washington.

The newly formed Whitman Transition Advisors will be the largest M&A and consulting organization focused exclusively on CPA firms.

The Top 100 Firm is expanding to the western part of its home state.
