Accounting Today and Best Companies Group have announced their list of the 2012 Best Accounting Firms to Work For, highlighting the top workplaces in the accounting profession.

The list is comprised of 100 firms in three different size categories: small firms (15-49 employees), midsized Firms (50-249 employees) and large firms (more than 250 employees).

Accounting firms from across the country participated in a two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work for, including an evaluation of their workplace policies and practices, and an anonymous employee survey.

The ranking of the 5th annual Best Accounting Firms to Work For will be unveiled at an awards ceremony sponsored by ADP during Accounting Today’s 3rd Annual Growth & Profitability Summit, Oct. 28-30, at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Fla.  The list-making firms will also be published in the December issue of Accounting Today.
