“I’ve been honored to work alongside Tim Christen over the past 11 years,” said Whitman. “And I am committed to continuing to build upon our core strategies of attracting, developing and retaining the best people for our organization, as well as providing meaningful results for our clients and serving as valued business advisors.”

Over the next 18 months, Christen and Whitman plan to continue to collaborate to ensure a seamless transition.

“Alan’s election is part of a well-organized, three-year strategic succession plan designed to ensure continuity of leadership as we advance our agenda for excellence,” Christen said in a statement. “He has the most refined global vision of anyone in the firm, and has equally strong business acumen. Those attributes, among many others, made Alan a standout candidate for the role.”
