The Board of Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation, Norwalk, announced the search for new members of the FAF Board of Trustees, a new chair of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council, and new members of the Private Company Council. Crowe, Chicago, introduced the Crowe Lease Accounting Optimizer for public sector tool, designed to help organizations track, account and report on lessee and lessor leases to comply with Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statement No. 87.

Baker Newman Noyes, Portland, received ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting award for providing excellent client service, achieving a NetPromoter score of 81.1 percent.

MISSOURI

BKD Cyber, Springfield, a division of BKD, announced it successfully completed the PCI Security Standards Council Qualified Security Assessor testing process and is validated as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

NEW JERSEY

Sax, Clifton, added a transaction advisory practice as a new service line, established to assist high-growth companies in navigating complex transactions in buying or selling, restructuring, or providing capital solutions.
