PKFOD merges in Archambault & Associates
As part of the deal, Archambault principal and managing director Susan Archambault and her four employees will join PKFOD's office in Woburn, Massachusetts. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PKF O'Connor Davies ranked No. 26 on Accounting Today's 2022 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $252 million in annual revenue, over 150 partners and more than 1,100 employees. Archambault & Associates is a $1.5 million, five-member firm.

Archambault & Associates was founded in 1991, and offers services for both individual and fiduciary clients, including personal, estate, gift, trust and business tax matters. The firm handles estate taxation and administration, trust funding and administration, tax preparation, tax planning, IRS representation, tax cost accounting, fiduciary accounting, and asset consolidation and simplification.

Hood & Strong adds Cohen Anderson
Founded in 1991, Cohen Anderson provides financial reporting and tax services to Bay Area nonprofits, including human services agencies, educational institutions, and arts and environmental organizations.
"The addition of Cohen Anderson extends Hood & Strong's service offerings and unites two women-led firms to continue to meet the accounting needs of this complex sector," said Hood & Strong managing partner Susan Malone in a statement. "Both firms have long been dedicated to working with exempt organizations that make our communities stronger and better for all."
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Cohen Anderson team will become part of Hood & Strong's not-for-profit service group. Hood & Strong has more than 120 employees and offices in San Francisco, San Jose, San Mateo and Petaluma,
