Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass hosted a "Shine LA" city beautification effort that brought together more than 400 employees of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG LLP for a day of service in Downtown Los Angeles, including Los Angeles managing partners (pictured from left to right) Andy Sofield of PwC; Terry Feit of Deloitte; Michelle Wroan of KPMG; and Andy Park of EY. The volunteers participated in activities that included loose litter pickup, tree planting, and more.

CONNECTICUT

The Board of Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation, Norwalk, appointed Catherine Shakespeare to the Financial Accounting Standards Board for a term beginning July 1, 2026, and concluding June 30, 2031. Additionally, the FAF Board of Trustees appointed as new trustees: Mark Baer, partner at Crowe; Gregory McGreevey, who retired from Invesco in 2023; and Johnbull Okpara, who has 30 years of experience in the banking, diversified financial services and professional services industries.
