MARYLAND

Jeff Rosen was promoted to managing partner at Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander, Towson, where he has worked since 2009, most recently as co-managing partner. RS&F founding partners Howard Rosen, Louis Sapperstein and Richard Friedlander, and former health care division director Nancy Smit, have become partners emeritus. The firm also promoted: Sarah Clarke to partner overseeing RS&F’s health care consulting division; Samantha Haines and Susie Warsal to directors of the tax department; and Matthew Stangroom to director of the assurance department. Additionally, RS&F hired Jasper Nzedu as a strategic tax director.
