COLORADO

Andrea Utsey was hired as a firm administrator at Stockman Kast Ryan + Co., Colorado Springs.

CohnReznick announced a new office in Denver, to open in early October at 1331 17th Street in the LoDo (Lower Downtown) area, and led by William Delsa.

Wilkin & Guttenplan, East Brunswick, is celebrating its 40th anniversary and also named its next managing partner, Daniel Fiorentino, who has been with the firm since 2005 and will assume the role Jan. 1, 2024.

Michael Harlow was named leader of the cannabis industry practice at CohnReznick, where he continues to serve as co-practice director, DC-Metro tax.

Rachel Bashore

Rachel Bashore was appointed director of operations and strategic initiatives at Herbein + Co., Reading.

Tim Cobb was hired as a partner to lead the new tax advisory practice at Centri Business Consulting, Philadelphia.
