The report highlighted a number of other achievements at the firm, including:

The Innova Group ; - Promoting 50 new partners and managing directors;
- Achieving a net promoter score of 85;
- Adding new offices in Minneapolis and Seattle;
- Making significant investments in artificial intelligence; and,
- Disbursing almost $3.6 million to nonprofits, while its team members spent 33,700 hours in community service.
