KENTUCKY

David Bundy, president and CEO at Dean Dorton, Lexington, announced his retirement, effective Dec. 31, 2025. Bundy, who assumed the role in 2012, will be succeeded by Jason Miller, leader in technology and advisory services.

Yu Chen, deputy director-general of the China Accounting Standards Committee of the Chinese Ministry of Finance, was appointed a member of the International Accounting Standards Board, effective Jan. 1, 2026, by the trustees of the IFRS Foundation.
