CONNECTICUT

The Financial Accounting Standards Board, Norwalk, appointed new members to its Public Markets Advisory Committee, formerly the Small Business Advisory Committee: Jeffrey Ford, senior vice president, finance, and chief accounting officer, LivePerson; Shubho Ghosh, managing director, Opti Capital Management; Michelle Reynolds, chief accounting officer, Reddit Inc.; and Marcel Snyman, vice president, chief accounting officer, Graham Holdings Company.

DUBAI

Clifton Harrison, global law markets leader, was promoted to partner and MENA legal transform and operate leader, effective April 1. He will relocate to Dubai for the new role while continuing in the global law markets role he's had since 2022.
