CALIFORNIA

Linquist announced four promotions; in the San Ramon office: Minal Jagtiani to senior manager and Adaramola Redmond to manager; and in Orange: Deanna Rothschild to senior manager and Richard Mills to manager.

KPMG announced principal Anita Whitehead, in the firm's Tysons Corner, Virginia, office, was named the new chair of the KPMG U.S. Foundation board of directors, and Jennifer Flynn Dear, in Orlando, was named overall lead of KPMG’s Community Impact team. The KPMG U.S. Foundation is aligned with the firm’s key ESG focus areas to foster systemic change in education, business and society. KPMG’s Community Impact strategy aims to create equitable access to quality learning opportunities and building healthy communities.

KENTUCKY

James Thomas Jarboe

James Thomas Jarboe was hired as a supervisor in the tax services division at Riney Hancock CPAs, Owensboro. In other firm news, Haley Coons, staff accountant in the client accounting services division, earned her CPA license.

MASSACHUSETTS

Ruth Fornell was hired in the newly created role of chief operations officer at Sovos, Boston.

Gary, Gray & Gray, Canton, was ranked the 19th largest accounting firm in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal.

MISSOURI

Rob Pruitt

Rob Pruitt was named the first chief practice officer at BKD, Springfield, effective June 1, 2021. Pruitt, who will also be a new member of the national office executive leadership team and the management committee, will be responsible for the firm’s growth initiatives and organic growth activities, which includes providing executive leadership, sponsorship, coordination and guidance of national industry partners.

Beth Schulte was hired as principal and director + outsourced CFO at Anders, St. Louis.

NEW JERSEY
