ALABAMA

Rob Shirley was hired as a partner at Aprio, Birmingham, responsible for expanding the firm’s presence in the Alabama market.

CALIFORNIA

Dean Ritz, senior director of digital reporting strategy at Workiva, Ames, was appointed chair of a data and taxonomy subcommittee of the new XBRL US State and Local Government Disclosure Modernization Working Group.
