ARIZONA

Lyudmila Eisenman, practice leader for the health care segment, and Karen Mattull (pictured), chief operating officer of internal operations, were promoted to shareholder at BeachFleischman, Tucson.

ILLINOIS

Allan Autry, Lane Miller and Lauren Williams were named partners at Johnson Lambert, Park Ridge. Autry and Miller joined the firm in 2009, and Williams in 2008.

Sikich, Chicago, promoted four to partner: Ginny Ferguson, who leads account management for the firm’s technology practice; Jenny Kramer, who offers tax planning and compliance services to clients; Janel O’Connor, who leads Sikich’s human resources operations; and Robert Sawyer, who manages implementations of enterprise technology.

KENTUCKY

Todd Hamilton was named assurance partner in the Louisville office of MCM CPAs & Advisors, and Angela Marshall was named partner with MCM Capital Markets Group, an affiliate organization.

MASSACHUSETTS

Ruchi Shah was named a tax manager at Rodman CPAs, Waltham.

Doeren Mayhew, Troy, announced the promotions of five senior managers to shareholders: Bill Astrab, member of the financial institutions group who joined the firm in 2015; John Burns, who specializes in federal and state income taxes for multistate and multinational businesses and individuals; Kyle Lusczakoski, in the tax group, who focused on the domestic taxation of closely held corporations, partnerships and its key stakeholders; Douglas Martin, member of the international practice; and Carol Szwed (pictured), in the tax group, delivering a wide range of federal, state and multistate income tax services.

Joel Gibbons was promoted to principal and Allen Gamble was promoted to senior staff accountant, at Lewis & Knopf, Flint.

NEW JERSEY

Jennifer Quaglino was promoted to tax office managing partner in Woodbridge at BDO USA.

NEW YORK

Greg Westfall was named New York City office managing principal at Grant Thornton. Westfall joined Grant Thornton in 2010 and has served as assistant managing principal for industries and markets in the Northeast.

EFPR Group, Rochester, announced four promotions to partner: Richele Emich-Sharn (pictured), who has been with the firm for 20 years and works in international taxation; David Urban, part of the attest department; and Thomas Niles and Maureen Rutecki, both part of affiliated consulting company StoneBridge Business Partners. The firm also hired Norman Provvidenza as a partner in the tax and business services division, supporting the commercial tax consulting practice area.

OHIO

Jon Ruple was elected managing shareholder at Maloney + Novotny, Cleveland, where he has worked since 2000 and was elected as shareholder in 2013. He succeeds Matthew Maloney, who has led the firm since 2004, and will continue to serve as shareholder and general counsel for the firm. In other Maloney + Novotny news, the firm elected three shareholders: Matthew Blewitt in the Cleveland office, Janell Kuck in the Delaware office and Tiffany Rankin in the Columbus office.

TEXAS

Jamie Burress was hired as a managing director in the forensic, litigation and valuation group at Whitley Penn, Houston. The firm also announced that Amanda Beabout, audit senior manager, was selected to serve as the president-elect for the Houston Chapter of the Women’s Finance Exchange by their board of directors, to serve through 2019.
