PandaDoc now integrated with QBOA

PandaDoc, a document workflow automation platform, said it will integrate with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online Advanced through its new PandaDoc Connector by Quickbooks app. The integration allows for customized templates, automated document creation, organization of data into customer-facing and internal systems, and receiving notifications when a customer electronically signs or engages with a document.

NIMBL introduces new features

NIMBL, a cloud computing and software company, announced the addition of three new extensions marketed to professional service firms. One allows for the tracking of time in different increments for employees and contractors; another enables finer control over independent contractor payment schedules; the third is a centralized tool that automates the planning process from proposal to approval and gives managers real-time visibility into project status. The new extensions are coupled with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Data breaches continue to be a threat

Data security remains a significant issue among the majority of companies, according to a report from Hyperproof, a compliance management software firm. In a survey of 1,000 IT compliance professionals, 63% said they experienced a data breach that led to a disclosure of regulated data, like health care information, in the last two years. The report said these breaches typically incur losses in the seven-figure range.

Funding rounds

Fraud prevention software firm nsure.ai raised $18 million in Series A funding, led by MoreTech Ventures with further support by seed-round participants, including DisruptiveAI, Gryffin Ventures and Moneta Seeds. … Docsumo, which offers software for automatic reading and analysis of documents, announced $3.5 million in seed funding led by Common Ocean with additional participation from Fifth Wall, Arbor Realty Trust and existing investor Better Capital. It plans to use the money to expand into the North American market.

New appointments

Cloud software provider All In Place, which recently rebranded from Tether, announced that Bob Freeman, who most recently was COO of global financial planning software giant Voyant’s U.K. unit, would be joining the company as a significant investor and advisor.
