PitBull Tax Software releases V. 7.0

PitBull Tax Software, which produces IRS resolution solutions for CPAs, enrolled agents and attorneys, released Version 7.0. The new version sports a number of new software integration features including Zoom meeting integration; file storage synchronization with DropBox, Google Drive and OneDrive; SMS text communications; and Outlook and Google calendar synchronization. The new version also includes a proprietary Notifications Dashboard as well as an updated user interface.

Sage announces new parental leave policy

Accounting software provider Sage has enacted a new parental leave policy for U.S. employees that allows those of either gender to receive 18 weeks of paid leave for the birth, adoption or commissioning of surrogacy of a child, as well as access to the Cleo digital support program that provides tools for choosing childcare, getting financial planning help, finding savings on activities and supplies, and preparing for changing schedules.
