Sage opens new North American HQ in Atlanta

Accounting and business solutions provider Sage announced the grand opening of its new North American headquarters in Atlanta. Located at 619 Ponce in Jamestown's Ponce City Market, the new office spans 58,000 square feet across two levels and is intended to be not just an office but a collaborative hub for Sage colleagues, customers and partners. The U.S. is the largest market for Sage, accounting for nearly 40% of the company's global revenue. Sage chose Atlanta due to its robust business ecosystem, highly skilled and diverse workforce, and culture of innovation, making it an ideal location for the company's continued investment. Sage has already been in metro Atlanta, with an established presence in Lawrenceville, but the opening of its new North American headquarters represents a further commitment to the region. At the heart of the new headquarters is the Sage Discovery Center, described as an experiential space designed to bring human connection back to business. This space was designed in direct response to what Sage customers have been asking for: face-to-face conversations with real experts who can help them uncover the right tools for their business, unlock new opportunities and scale their businesses. Visitors can get hands-on support, explore AI-driven solutions and discover how Sage can be a true partner in their success. Sage also announced its investment in Atlanta's business ecosystem through new multiyear partnerships with four local nonprofit organizations: HYPE, Inspiredu, Per Scholas Atlanta and Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs.

BillingPlatform launches BP Pay solution

Enterprise lifecycle management solutions provider BillingPlatform, announced the launch of BP Pay, its new payment processing solution, designed to ease third-party payment integrations and facilitate interoperability between billing and payments. The solution offers end-to-end automation of workflows; customer experience performance enhancements as well as single-vendor support; centralized Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliance; reduced setup time; and unified audit trails.

Bill announces "Bookkeeper Appreciation Week"

Payments and billing solutions provider Bill declared April 14–18th "Bookkeeper Appreciation Week," which the company said it will mark with five days of essential resources delivered directly via email, plus live webinars, giveaways and more. While the specifics have yet to be revealed, Monday will be devoted to technology, Tuesday to pricing, Wednesday to growth (plus a live webinar), Thursday to the future of bookkeeping (plus a live customer testimonial), and Friday to a recap. Top 50 firm UHY has inked a deal with business intelligence and data analytics solutions provider Lumenore to start building new technology tools together. Specifically, the two companies will collaborate on developing bespoke solutions specific to particular client engagements (which will run on Lumenore's processing background) as well as solutions that can then be sold to clients as a value-add. … Bookkeeping and automation solutions provider Dext announced its new partnership with Square. The deal means Extend is supporting more Visa-issuing banks and their emerging middle-market clients. … Accounting and human capital solutions provider Workday announced that Evisort's AI-powered contract intelligence and contract lifecycle management solutions are now available through Workday. With Workday Contract Intelligence and Workday Contract Lifecycle Management, organizations can surface insights from complex legal and business documents to take action across vast amounts of HR and financial data.
