The accounting profession's rapid digital transformation would not be possible without the thousands of technology vendors that develop the products that firms across the world now rely on every day. They have enabled the automation of routine business processes, shed new light on arcane business practices, and optimized existing business procedures to the point where the profession would be all but unrecognizable without them today.
Our weekly Vendor Spotlight seeks to highlight some of these technology vendors and what they provide for a market hungry for efficiency gains and added value. The accounting profession itself is vast, and so too is the diverse array of companies that sell to accountants. We aim to feature companies of all sizes and types in this space, whether they're automating payroll taxes, analyzing a journal entry with AI, calculating cryptocurrency valuations, organizing client documents or anything else that involves helping accountants be better professionals for their clients.
