AccountMate Software has partnered with electronic filing and payroll and employee form provider Aatrix Software Inc. to handle integrated federal and state e-filing and electronic payroll reporting for their clients.
As a result of the new partnership, other options include quarterly and annual new hire reports and the payment of employee e-filing requirements (specifically, 940, 941 and wage withholding), and other filing selections. AccountMate clients will be able to select and purchase these e-filing and reports services through Aatrix.
The Aatrix subscription model allows clients to choose optional services from the AccountMate Payroll module.
“The obvious trend has been that in addition to the federal tax e-filing requirements, more and more states are requiring this same type of tax handling,” said AccountMate chief technology officer Tommy Tan. “The integrated Aatrix e-filing services now give our clients more options in handling their electronic tax reporting without having to worry about security issues in getting this accomplished.”
