ACM Merges in Watkins & Schommer

CPA and advisory firm Anton Collins Mitchell has merged with Greeley, Colo.-based Watkins & Schommer, giving ACM a presence in Northern Colorado.

Terms were not disclosed.

The now-ACM office in Greeley will continue to be led by Watkins and Schommer partners Randy Watkins and Dan Schommer, reporting to ACM managing partner Gary Mitchell.

“The addition of Watkins and Schommer’s expertise will enhance our capabilities and accelerate growth in the governmental practice area,” Mitchell said.

With the merger, ACM now has a total of 11 partners.

Current ACM services to the Denver and Northern Colorado markets include benefit plan audits, tax planning and consulting, estate planning, corporate assurance services, and business consulting, including valuation work.
