The deal expands the service offerings of Adams Brown and HCT, including managed IT, cybersecurity, network penetration testing, vCIO services and technology consulting.

"Our clients have always counted on us to be here when something is not working," Mike Meyer, owner of HCT, said in a statement. "This move gives them the same people they already know, with more teammates, more tools and more specialized support behind us when the issue calls for it."

Meyer will remain actively involved in the firm's operations, and HCT clients will continue working with the same local team.
