ADP announced it is offering accountants additional services and extending customer service hours to help meet their clients' needs this tax season.
“Tax season can be enormously challenging for accountants,” stated John Ayala, ADP’s president of small business services. “We are working to help accountants by being more available for them and by providing additional resources that will enable them to successfully meet the April 15 deadline.”
The human capital management solutions provider is offering:
- New customizable reporting on RUN Powered by ADP, which pulls and creates reports for current and cross calendar years
- Extended customer support including Saturday hours exclusively for accountants during tax season by calling 844-ADP-4CPA
- Online access to the CCH 2015 U.S. Master Tax Guide, Healthcare Reform Library, and State Tax Laws and & Regs Library
- Access to accounting resources like Key Facts and Figures Cards, whitepapers, strategy briefs and more at the
