The American Institute of CPAs CPA2Biz subsidiary has added Copanions GruntWorx tax document automation software to the set of Trusted Business Advisor Solutions it sells on its Web site.
The AICPA announced the deal at its National Tax Conference in Washington, D.C., which begins Monday. GruntWorx will be joining the other Web-based software, including Intacct and Bill.com, available at the Trusted Business Advisor Solutions site, at

Copanions software suite consists of three core products: GruntWorx Organize, which bookmarks and labels scanned tax documents and outputs a standard PDF file; GruntWorx Trades, which automatically transforms trade details on scanned consolidated brokerage statements into a standard Microsoft Excel spreadsheet; and GruntWorx Pro, a program that includes the capabilities of Organize and Trades and additionally extracts data from bookmarked documents and imports the data into a firms tax preparation software.
