Anton Collins Mitchell Adds Mader Tschacher Peterson

Anton Collins Mitchell LLP, based in Denver, is expanding to Laramie, Wyo., by merging in Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co., LLC, effective Jan. 1, 2016.

The staff in the Laramie office will remain the same and will continue to be led by Mark Mader, Dennis Tschacher and Rolf Peterson and newly admitted partner, Steve Blundell. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ACM ranked seventh on Accounting Today's Regional Leaders list for the Mountain Region in 2015, with $14.14 million in annual revenue.

This is not the first merger for ACM in the past five years. ACM merged in a practice in Greeley, Colo., in 2010 and a Boulder practice in 2012. Since ACM was formed in July of 2002, the firm has grown from three partners and 24 employees to 17 partners and 14 directors and more than 140 employees since 2002.

“Expanding beyond the Front Range into Wyoming is a significant strategic step in providing full service accounting services to the Rocky Mountain region.” said ACM president and managing partner Stacey Hekkert in a statement. “Our firms share a deep commitment to how we approach client relations, have complementary industry practices and have a culture that is focused on personal development and individual success. MTP&C is a well-respected, dominant firm, and we are proud to have them join ACM.”

MTP&C has been in business for 35 years. “We are continually looking for ways to provide more value to clients and increase our service offerings,” said MTP&C partner Mark Mader. “Combining our practice with ACM allows us to bring a more sophisticated depth of service into our marketplace which we see as part of a larger value proposition.”
