App of the Week

As more practitioners are accessing documents via their mobile devices, so grows the need for electronic signature applications like EchoSign, which is now directly integrated with Adobe and allows users to get documents signed right from your iPhone or iPad.

EchoSign was purchased by Adobe in 2011 and has since integrated it into their products, as well as integrations with GoogleApps, as well as many accounting, CRM, and ERP systems.

EchoSign for iOS lets users get legally binding e-Signatures in minutes with the ability to sign right on the screen; send documents for signature from the EchoSign library, photo album, or email attachments; attach documents from Acrobat.com, Dropbox, Box.net, or Google Drive; track progress and manage agreements;

The app is also compliant with the Federal eSign Act, UETA, and the Electronic Commerce Directive. EchoSign claims to provide protection for both the sender and the signer during the signing process including key authentication and privacy, fraud protection, and consumer disclosure.

EchoSign is currently on version 2.0.3 and is free in the Apple iTunes Store.
