BDO International, a global network of independent accounting firms, said that its member firm in Hong Kong, BDO McCabe Lo Ltd., has merged with Shu Lun Pan Horwath Hong Kong CPA Ltd.
The consolidated entity will now be known as BDO Ltd., effective May 1, and will have a combined staff of 700 and revenues of US$38 million.
Shu Lun Pan Horwath has nine partners and over 200 staff. The firm's two senior partners, Clement Chan and Hong Ng, will serve as members of BDO Ltd.'s 10-member executive board.
