BDO Seidman Adds New Board Directors

BDO Seidman has re-elected one of its board members and added two new directors.

Jay T. Duke is the director who has been re-elected, while the two new directors are Wayne Berson and Wendy Hambleton.

Duke, 48, is beginning his sixth year of service on the BDO Seidman board of directors.  In addition to his board duties, he serves as a partner, Southwest regional business line leader for assurance services, and the office business line leader for the firm’s Dallas practice.

Berson, 48, is a partner and Atlantic regional business line leader for assurance services. Based in the firm’s Greater Washington, D.C. area office, he serves as the firm’s national director for not-for-profit services.

Hambleton, 47, is a partner and the director of BDO Seidman’s national SEC department, based in Chicago. She works extensively with the firm’s clients and engagement teams to prepare SEC filings, communicate with the SEC staff and resolve related accounting and reporting issues.
