Bloomberg BNA Releases Federal Tax Guide

Bloomberg BNA has released a federal tax guide for 2016.

The Bloomberg BNA 2016 Federal Tax Guide provides a quick-reference guide to help tax practitioners and professionals prepare 2015 individual and business tax returns and do tax planning for next year.

The Federal Tax Guide covers a wide range of topics for tax practitioners as they prepare 2015 returns and plan for the year ahead with new content on health care reform, including individual and employer mandates, applicable penalties, and individual and employer tax credits. The guide reflects new IRS rules and procedures announced this year along with new tax-related legislation relating to filing requirements and penalty provisions. The Federal Tax Guide explains tax law, supported by examples, schedules, tables, and references to Bloomberg BNA’s Tax Management Portfolios.

“Practitioners can turn to Bloomberg BNA for timely and insightful resources they can use for their preparation and planning needs to make more informed decisions,” said Bloomberg BNA Tax & Accounting executive editor George Farrah in a statement. “As with our inaugural edition, we provide more practical examples and more detailed coverage of topics than any other information resource of its kind.”

The guide is available online and in print and as part of the Bloomberg BNA Tax & Accounting Center. It can also be ordered here.
