Bonadio establishes information risk management service line

The Bonadio Group, a Pittsford, New York-based Top 100 firm, is building on its enterprise risk management (ERM) and cybersecurity services experience with a new brand, FoxPointe Solutions. The brand will support clients who need information risk management (IRM) services, an area the firm views as in a major growth stage.

FoxPointe Solutions is the brainchild of Bonadio executive vice presidents and partners Carl Cadregari and Charlie Wood. John Roman, who joined The Bonadio Group in 2018 as chief information officer, will serve as president and chief operating officer of FoxPointe Solutions.

“FoxPointe Solutions is a new entity, but we’re not starting from the ground floor. Our expert professionals, years of experience, resources, and partnerships that we’ve built under The Bonadio Group will all carry over,” Roman said in a statement. “We’re excited to expand the scope and availability of these important IRM services at a time when the security landscape is increasingly complex and challenging for all companies.”

The brand will offer a full range of IRM services, including cybersecurity, Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) services, payment card industry (PCI) compliance, IT internal audit, penetration testing, and more. Clients who already receive IRM services through Bonadio will now receive them through FoxPointe.
