The Bonadio Group, a regional CPA and business advisory firm in upstate New York, has restructured its management, creating a three-person committee to oversee operations in its six offices.

According to the Albany Business Review, the firm, which was once overseen solely by firm founder Thomas Bonadio, will now be governed by Bonadio along with partners Bruce Zicari and Mario Urso.

The firm has also created its first board of directors. In addition to the three management team members, directors include some nine partners from the six offices.
