The Upstream Academy is introducing a business development program for new accounting firm partners and senior managers.
The Academy for Business Development is set to launch in June, led by consultants Sam Allred and Graham Wilson.
Key features of the 18-month program include creation of personal business development plans by each participant; multiple levels of accountability to ensure participants follow their plans; three one-day, face-to-face, interactive workshops; monthly conference call presentations by Wilson and Allred; and mentoring and reinforcement.
