Calibre CPA Group PLLC has merged Levinson Simon Hein & Bilkey PC into its practice.
Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
“The merger of Levinson Simon Hein and & Bilkey will result in even greater capacity and expertise to meet the needs of our Chicago and mid-West clients as well as provide additional support nationally,” Calibre managing partner James Kokolas said in a statement. “Our firms are very similar, from firm culture to client service philosophy, and our experienced and talented professionals will continue to be committed to meeting the needs of current clients as well as future clients as we continue to grow.”
Transition Advisors LLC advised both firms on the merger.
