CapinCrouse Promotes Laue to Managing Partner

Vonna Laue has stepped into the role of managing partner at CapinCrouse LLP. Laue succeeds William Haller, who is preparing to retire from the profession.

Laue joined the firm in 1996 and was promoted to partner in 2008. She will continue in her role as West Regional Director, overseeing the firm’s California offices.

Laue earned her B.S. degree from Black Hills State University and her MBA degree in Leadership and Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado.

“Vonna has high professional and personal competency critical to the firm’s vision, culture, leadership, and organizational development,” said Gregg Capin, partner and National Director of Business Development at the firm.

“We are most grateful for the significant impact Bill [Haller] has had as managing partner in advancing and growing the firm,” Capin noted. Haller decided to step down as managing partner during the last two years of his commitment to the firm to allow transition of leadership as he prepares for retirement. Haller will take on a new role as national professional practice leader.

“His focus now on professional practice is important to our ongoing pursuit of professional excellence and our commitment to increase our capacity and capability to provide innovative service.”
