Silvia Masini has joined national firm Clifton Gunderson as chief human resource officer.
Masini brings more than 20 years of experience in HR, as well as significant expertise in the areas of organizational change and functional design, HR talent assessment and development, and process improvement. She previously worked as managing director for Patina Solutions, and as a partner with Mercer Consulting, where she served as the Midwest practice leader for Mercer's HR effectiveness business.

Masini graduated from Northwestern University.
