Continuing an aggressive spate of mergers, Top 100 Firm CliftonLarsonAllen has combined with Raleigh-based Adams, Martin and Associates PA, effective May 1.
CLA, which has three offices in North Carolina, will add 16 employees in Raleigh through the combination, including 11 CPAs, according to a report in the Triangle Business Journal.
“There are many firms we could have joined, but we chose CLA because of the culture,” said Adams, Martin founder Craig Adams. “Adams Martin and CLA share the belief that engaged and empowered teams deliver optimal client experiences. At the end of the day, our intent is to help those around us succeed.”
