Secure audit confirmation service provider Confirmation.com has enhanced its international capabilities by providing multilingual user interfaces of its online platform.
With this latest product release, Confirmation.com now provides French, French-Canadian, Spanish and Turkish translation and localization features within the application.
Confirmation.com users, including auditors, their clients and responding banks, can select their preferred language, and their date and time format when utilizing the application. In addition, firms can request default confirmation currencies to meet the regional needs of specific offices around the world.
To help users understand how to use the application, the frequently asked questions in the help section have been translated into each of the four new languages. The service will also accept credit card payments in Turkish lira and South African rands.
“Developing these language-specific user interfaces will make it easier for our international customers to send and respond to audit confirmation requests in a quick, efficient and more secure way,” said Dave Malone, vice president of Confirmation.com. “In addition to the five languages we currently support, we plan to add others in areas where we’re seeing the biggest growth.”
