Cougar Mountain Software has released CMS Professional 2014, the latest version of its business and nonprofit accounting software which includes several new reporting, inventory, accounts receivable and receipt-printing features.
CMS Professional 2014 users will find a new pure product sales report, which will include net product sold, sales amount, sales tax, freight, returns/credits, and purchase discounts. When the report is printed, it will show monthly, quarterly and yearly totals.
Users will also be able to recalculate the totals in the back order, on order, and committed fields on the inventory item; save multiple contacts per AR customer for the purpose of sending out email statements or invoices; and print out a gift receipt that includes all the receipt information, but not the price. This option will utilize a simple check box to print the gift receipt.
